Of course, FSBO properties do sell. Unfortunately, many sales take longer and are more difficult due to limited market exposure and pricing issues. The majority of prospective buyers generally work with Licensed Real Estate Agents and are usually pre-qualified by a lender for homes in your price range.

As licensed Realtors, we are trained to competitively price properties, write and negotiate contracts, handle multiple offers, and explain contingencies. Our relationships with affiliated professionals, such as Escrow and Title companies, home inspectors, and home warranty companies allow us to provide a level of service you would not otherwise receive. Because this is our business, our "full-time" job, we are not limited to evening and weekend hours. We can be reached at all times through our offices or directly on our cell phones. By employing us with a formal listing, your home would be on a lock box, so it can be shown at times convenient to the buyers, even if you are at work or on a vacation. It will also be placed in the Multiple Listing Service so all local MLS realtors will be able to find your property information for their clients. Your home will also be listed on at least 3 Internet web sites so that potential buyers will beable to pull up the information on your property.
